1. Eligibility for Return and Conditions

Returnable Items:
- Eyeglass frames with demo lenses.
- Reading glasses with preset lens powers.
- Finished sunglasses.
- Eyewear accessories, typically referring to peripheral products like eyewear cords, straps, nose pads, and cases. (Please note: For specific accessories not listed here that may be returnable, customers are advised to consult customer service for confirmation.)
- The above items must have a return request initiated within 60 days of receiving the goods.
- When returning items, they must be in their original, complete condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Items must be returned along with the original case, all accessories, and any free gifts received with the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items (Customized):
- Orders where eyeglass frames are purchased together with prescription lenses and the lenses have been installed are considered customized items.
- These types of customized items are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an error on our part.

Exceptions for Returnable Customized Items:
- If the non-returnable nature of a customized item (eyeglass frame and prescription lens combination order) is due to an error made by cc-shield.com, a return or alternative solution may be arranged. These errors include, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect prescription information (does not match the prescription you provided).
- Incorrect lens type (e.g., different from the lens type you selected).
- Incorrect lens color or style (does not match the color or style selected in your order).
- If the non-returnable nature of a customized item (eyeglass frame and prescription lens combination order) is due to an error made by cc-shield.com, a return or alternative solution may be arranged. These errors include, but are not limited to:
2. Return Process
If you receive any product with an issue and need to return it, or wish to request an exchange, please contact us via the contact methods listed below. We will endeavor to communicate with you and process your request within 24 hours. Please note, do not send any items back before contacting us and receiving approval for the return or exchange. Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide the detailed return address and instructions for sending the order back via email or the contact method you provided.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product quality issue or an error on our part (as per the exceptions for customized items mentioned above), we will bear all the resulting return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to the customer's personal reasons (e.g., dislikes the style, color, size is not suitable, etc., not a product quality issue), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Refunds or Exchanges
- Refunds: After we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions outlined in the return policy, we will contact you within 24 hours and process the refund. The refund will be returned via the original payment method. The actual time for the refund to arrive depends on your payment method and bank processing speed. Please note that fees such as customs duties, consumption tax, payment gateway fees, and other related third-party charges will be deducted from the customer's refund. Please exercise caution when selecting frames.
- Exchanges: We offer exchange services. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via our contact methods, stating the item you wish to exchange and the reason. After obtaining our approval, please follow the instructions we provide to return the glasses you wish to exchange, and provide us with the shipping tracking number for the returned package after sending it out. Upon receiving the tracking number you provide, we will arrange to send out the new glasses to you as soon as possible. Please note that the shipment of exchange items is subject to stock availability.
